Talking about ‘the killer threesome’ the final trailer promo screams it out in the context of how goofy, comical, and deadly combination is formed in the movie when Salma Hayek joined Ryan Reynolds and Samuel L. Jackson in ‘The Hitman’s Wife Bodyguard’.
Salma Hayek owns a stunning filmography as she portrayed all types of characters in her long Hollywood career. Rarely, we have seen Salma Hayek in comic roles. This way, The Hitman’s Wife Bodyguard is going to be a super fun cinematic experience for Salma Hayek fans.
The Hillarious Lullaby Trailer Of ‘The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard
Hayek and Ryan Reynold‘s characters are shown to be stuck in a grass-filled meadow. Lionsgate Movies aptly titling the short trailer “Lullaby” (on their YouTube channel), we get a short clip of Hayek singing a profanity-filled lullaby to unconscious Reynolds, trying to get him to wake up.
This short is quickly followed by another short, where Reynolds uses Hayek’s breasts to push her aside, to save her from an incoming bullet. And this was hilarious AF, you need to see this.
This short is followed by Hayek hilariously talking about the incident to Reynolds where she tells Reynolds that he was crying for his mommy. Hayek is an International acting treasure and these few clips “kinda” prove it.
Action films are usually only as good as their cast. But as ‘The Hitman’s Bodyguard’ proved, Reynolds and Jackson are a win. Giving us more of Hayek is just a bonus and we will happily take it. The film is coming out earlier than its IMAX release if theatres will be opened.
‘Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard’ will premiere in theatres on June 11th and 12th (depending on the country). It will release on IMAX on June 16th, 2021.
