Brooke Shields, 56, matches with teen daughters in gingham swimsuits
Like three peas in a black-and-white-checkered pod.
On Sunday, Brooke Shields hit the beach with her teenage daughters in Southampton, New York, with the trio turning their family outing into a cute matching moment.
The “Blue Lagoon” beauty, 56, showed off her fit figure in Aerie’s Gingham Puff-Sleeve Bikini Top and Gingham Cheeky Bikini Bottom, while 18-year-old Rowan opted for the Gingham Puff-Sleeve One-Piece Swimsuit.
Keeping with the visual theme, Shields’ younger daughter Grier, 15, rocked the same brand’s Gingham Longline Bandeau Bikini Top and Gingham Ruched High-Cut Cheeky Bikini.
Shields isn’t the only celebrity parent to coordinate beachwear with her brood; Gigi Hadid and Emily Ratajowski both showed off their mommy-and-me swim style this season. But the “Suddenly Susan” star takes twinning with her kids to a new level.
Rowan wore her mother’s 1998 Golden Globes gown to prom earlier this month, in a “proud mama” moment that Shields gushed about on Instagram.
And upon the teen’s graduation a week later, the pair got matching ladybug tattoos – Shields’ on her wrist and Rowan’s on her ankle.
Shields shares Rowan and Grier with husband Chris Henchy, 57, a screenwriter and producer as well as the co-creator of Funny or Die.
