Netflix’s ‘Money Heist Season 5’ Trailer Out: What to Expect from the Show

Season 4 of money heist ended at a breath-taking cliff-hanger. The last season of money heist probably had more violence and action than all the previous seasons combined. Few shows get better with further seasons and money heist is one of them.

Though the show has a special place in the hearts of many people all around the globe and thus could be milked further for huge financial profits, the makers of the show decided against it. Season 5 of the money heist will be the final installment in this brilliant action thriller show.

Money Heist Season 5 Release Date

The final season of money heist will be released in two parts, namely, volumes 1 and 2. Volume 1 will be released on September 3rd, 2021 while, volume 2 of the final season is scheduled to be released on December 3rd, 2021. In total, the final season will have 10 episodes.

It was not just a random decision to split the last season into two parts. The first part and the second part have significantly different moods, and the season had been split to maintain the consistency of moods.

While explaining reasons for splitting the final season of money heist into two parts, Alex Pina, the creator of the show, said that in volume 1 the team “decided to work in an extremely aggressive genre, putting the Gang on the ropes. In volume two, we focus more on the emotional situation of the characters. It is a journey across their sentimental map that connects us directly to their departure.”
