Ayushmann Khurrana Thriller ‘Anek’ Movie Gets Release Date
Ayushmann Khurrana took social media to announce the big news related to his upcoming movie. The Anubhav Sinha helmed film ‘Anek’ is now slated to release in theatres on 31st March 2022. The movie is a socio-political thriller produced jointly by Bhushan Kumar and Anubhav Sinha Productions named T-Series and Benaras Mediaworks respectively.
The makers hinted that the film will secretly adapt to the multi-genre such as spy thriller as well. The movie is set in Northeast India. The critics and fans are waiting for this movie eagerly. For the record, the actor-director duo has given us the much talked ‘Article 15.’ It is the second collaboration of Ayushmann Khurrana and Anubhav Sinha.
The movie plot is still not revealed to the audience. However, Ayushmann Khurrana’s name in the movie is Joshua and his look for the movie Anek is the new thing on the internet. Besides Ayushmann, the movie ‘Anek’ also features Manoj Pahwa and Raghuvir Yadav in key roles.
Anek Movie Release Date
In one of his interviews, Ayshmann Khurrana mentioned how come he liked the script and how eager he was to shoot the film. In his own words, “It’s only once in a while that an actor comes across a story that makes him jump out of his comfort zone. While I have always backed novel stories, ‘Anek’ pushed me to perform with a renewed zest. It’s the kind of script that drives a person to give it they are all. I am so proud that we’ve made a film like this and even more fortunate that I got the chance to headline it.”
With his powerful words, we all are super excited and looking forward to watching Anek in theatres. Anek is going to be a new age cinema.
