Amazon Prime Video released the first 2 episodes of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. The show has a huge fan following and fans were excited especially when these episodes were dropped hours earlier than their scheduled release date and time.
Amazon just like they bring the product earlier than expected, the streaming giant surprised the fans by releasing the show at least 6 to 8 hours earlier than expected.
Due to the growing popularity of Mrs. Maisel, Prime Video just released the first 2 episodes only. For the previous 3 seasons, Prime Video dropped all episodes of the season at the same time. The remaining episodes of Mrs. Maisel will be released every Friday till the final episode.
The season has a total of 8 episodes. Mrs. Maisel’s season 3 got raving reviews from fans as well as critics. As was the case with many popular shows, production for Mrs. Maisel was delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic which resulted in a long break between seasons.

The show is created by Amy Sherman-Palladino (Gilmore Girls). Mrs. Maisel cast Rachel Brosnahan as Miriam “Midge” Maisel, a New York housewife who discovers she has a knack for stand-up comedy and pursues a career in it. The series is backed with a stellar supporting cast that includes Alex Borstein, Tony Shalhoub, Michael Zegen, Kevin Pollak, Marin Hinkle, Caroline Aaron, and Jane Lynch.
Mrs. Maisel was one of the first breakout shows for Amazon’s streaming service. In 2017, it won the Golden Globe Award for Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy. The show has won 20 Emmy awards with 54 nominations in its first three seasons, including the Outstanding Comedy Series.
Brosnahan won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series in 2018 and two consecutive Golden Globe Awards for Best Actress – Television Series Musical or Comedy in 2018 and 2019.
