Sara Amini, known for her standout performances in Lucky Hank and CSI: Vegas, is set to take on a significant recurring role in James Wan’s highly anticipated untitled techno-thriller series for Peacock. The show stars Simu Liu and promises a high-stakes blend of espionage and technology-driven suspense.
Created by Thomas Brandon (Legacies), the series is set “five minutes into the future,” offering a near-futuristic backdrop. It follows Alexander Hale, played by Simu Liu, a first-generation American intelligence analyst who discovers that his brain has been hacked. With hackers gaining access to everything he sees and hears, Alexander must carefully navigate a dangerous web of shadowy agencies and elusive attackers. To survive, he is forced to perform around the clock, proving his loyalty while hunting the perpetrators.

Amini will portray Ellie, a crucial member of Alexander’s new operation team, providing admin support in a high-stress environment where nothing is as it seems.
