Siena Agudong is no longer just a familiar face for Disney and Nickelodeon viewers. At 22 years old, the Kauai born actress has successfully navigated the difficult transition from child stardom to becoming a bankable lead in major streaming franchises. As we look toward the 2026 and 2027 entertainment landscape, Agudong is set to solidify her status as a powerhouse in both horror and high octane action cinema.
From her early days in local Hawaii theater to her breakout as the lead in Netflix’s No Good Nick, her career trajectory has been deliberate and impressive. Today, she is balancing executive producer credits with roles in some of the most anticipated remakes and sequels in the industry.
The Evolution of Siena Agudong
Born on August 19, 2004, Siena Agudong began her journey at the Hawaii Children’s Theatre. While many fans first discovered her as Lulu Parker in Killer Women or as the mischievous Nick in No Good Nick, her recent choices reflect a desire for grit and complexity. Her 2022 turn as Billie Wesker in the Resident Evil series proved she could handle intense, physical roles. This paved the way for her upcoming slate, which moves away from multi cam sitcoms and into the world of prestige horror and blockbuster action.
Siena Agudong’s 2026-2027 Project Slate
The next two years are arguably the most significant of Agudong’s career. She has moved beyond guest appearances into roles that carry significant weight in established cinematic universes. Below is a breakdown of her confirmed and highly anticipated projects.
| Year | Project | Role |
|---|---|---|
| 2026 | Carrie | Susan “Sue” Snell |
| 2026 | Buzzkill | Nora (Lead/Producer) |
| 2025 | Sidelined 2: Intercepted | Dallas Bryan |
| 2027 | Extraction 3 | TBA |
The Carrie Remake (2026): A New Era for Sue Snell
In one of the most talked about casting moves of the year, Siena Agudong has been cast as Sue Snell in the 2026 reimagining of Stephen King’s Carrie. Sue Snell is a pivotal character, serving as the moral compass of the story and the only student who feels true remorse for the bullying of Carrie White.
Taking on a role previously played by stars like Amy Irving and Chloë Grace Moretz (who played Carrie in the 2013 version) is a major milestone. This project allows Agudong to showcase her dramatic range in a dark, psychological setting. It also positions her at the center of a major horror franchise, a genre she has expressed a deep interest in since her time on Resident Evil.
Extraction 3 (2027): Joining the Hemsworth Franchise
Following the massive success of the first two films, Netflix’s Extraction 3 is slated for a 2027 release. While specific plot details remain under wraps, Siena Agudong is confirmed to join the cast alongside Chris Hemsworth. Given her past experience with stunts in F9 (where she played a young Mia Toretto) and her athletic background in soccer and surfing, Agudong is a natural fit for the high intensity world of Tyler Rake.
This role marks her return to the Netflix family in a major way. It represents a shift from the teen drama sphere into the top tier of action cinema. Fans are eager to see if she will play a new recruit, a target to be rescued, or a formidable antagonist.
Producing and Lead Roles: Buzzkill and Sidelined
Agudong is also expanding her influence behind the camera. In the 2026 Tubi Original Buzzkill, she is not only starring as Nora but also serving as an executive producer. This move into production at age 22 signals her intent to have more creative control over her career.
Additionally, she continues her lead role as Dallas Bryan in the Sidelined franchise. Following the success of Sidelined: The QB and Me in 2024, the sequel Sidelined 2: Intercepted is a highly anticipated 2025 release that bridges the gap into her busy 2026 schedule.
